The Crown Coast approach
Every project follows a disciplined sequence. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is improvised.
Consultation & Scope
We visit the property, listen carefully, and document exactly what the project requires. Expectations are set clearly from the first conversation — scope, timeline, materials, and investment, all in writing before work begins.
Meticulous Preparation
Surface preparation accounts for the majority of our labor. We repair, sand, fill, and prime every surface before a single drop of topcoat is applied. This is the step most often skipped elsewhere — it's the one we never skip.
Protected Workspace
Your home is respected throughout the process. Furniture is covered, floors are protected, and every area we don't touch remains undisturbed. Occupied homes are treated with the same care as vacant ones.
Refined Execution
Premium materials. Proper tools. Adequate dry time between coats. We never cut corners in the process because the result is permanent — and because your home deserves the version of the work that lasts.
Final Walkthrough & Detail
Before we leave, we walk the project with you. Touch-ups are addressed on-site. We depart only when the work meets our standard — and yours.
What to expect during
your project
How long does a typical project take?
A full interior repaint typically runs 4–8 working days depending on square footage and scope. Exteriors and cabinet refinishing timelines are outlined during your consultation, along with a written schedule before work begins.
Do we need to leave the home during the project?
No. Most projects are completed while the home is occupied. We work room by room, protect everything not being painted, and keep pathways clear throughout the day.
What happens to our furniture and floors?
Furniture is moved to the center of the room and fully covered, or relocated with your direction. Floors are protected with breathable coverings for the full duration of the project.
Will the same crew be on-site every day?
Yes. We assign a consistent crew for the duration of your project rather than rotating unfamiliar faces through your home — a small detail that matters for security and quality alike.
What if we're not satisfied with something?
We walk every project with you before calling it complete. Anything that doesn't meet the agreed standard is corrected on-site — that's part of the process, not an exception to it.
