Why we started
Crown Coast
Crown Coast Painting LLC has served coastal Orange County since 2015 — first as HR Painting, and, beginning in 2026, under a new name and a fresh start: new branding, a new license, same ownership and crew. Owner Hugo Rosales still leads every project personally as the company's Responsible Managing Officer.
We changed the name because too many homeowners were choosing a painter based on who could start the soonest, not who'd actually do the job right. Hugo built this company doing the opposite — showing up when he said he would, prepping surfaces properly even when it cost an extra day, and treating other people's homes like they mattered.
Every crew member is trained to that same standard, because who shows up on a given day shouldn't change what the client gets.
